1998 Frontier New battery now having electrical problems

We just changed out the battery and now there are electical problems, ie odometer, lights, etc not working. We had this problem before but can't remember how we fixed it. Any suggestions? Thanks again!

So the car will start now.... but light on the interior are not working ? ... Fuse.
