Default New speakers- how to replace?

This weekend I will be replacing the blown back speakers in the 95 Maxima. My question is, what is the best way (least distructive)to get the old ones out? From examining them, I cannot remove them from the trunk. It looks like I'll have to remove all of the back seating just to get at the screws that are holding the old speakers onto the back window 'platform'.
