I have an 02 GXE. This morning I was on my way home and it got stuck in 2nd gear all the way home. Reverse and neutral were there but would not shift out of 2nd, not even if I manually shifted it. I got home, shut it off, and cleared a O2 sensor code that comes on once and a while. Started it back up and drove it down the street and it was shifting perfect. What's going on here??

I have a similar problem to yours and i wanted to know if you managed to solve it or if someone else know what is it and how to get it solved.

I have a Nissan Sentra 2002 1.8L Automatic sometimes it stucks at 1st and doesnt shift to 2nd, I have to turn off and turn on the car in order to get this problem solved for some days (it happens 2-3 times a week), It very rarely happens from 2nd to 3rd.

Some aditional notes:
Check Engine Light OFF (no Codes).
I can go in all gears if the problem isnt there.

I have a video where the problem its happening.
RPM: 4500 Speed: 42km/hr(26mi/hr). Its clearly stuck at 1st.
