I installed a new battery and with form help I was relearning the throttle body. As I started the car I notice that dash icons for the brake and battery lit up. As I was driving the car everything seem fine the car TB was relearning but as I would take my foot off the accelerator the battery and brake light would light up. Only went I accelerated would the go out. Pulling into the drive the car stopped running. I tried starting the car and all I heard was faint clicks. I'm thinking my battery is discharged and the alternator is defective but sure. Does the Altima have an icon on the dashboard for the alternator? My Altima is a 2001 GXE.
